Comments

When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the browser’s user agent string to aid in spam detection.

An anonymous string created using your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if it is being used. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public alongside your comment.

The legal basis for processing this data is the consent you give before sending a comment, when you tick the privacy policy acceptance box on the form.

Media

If you upload images to the website, make sure they do not have geo tags (GPS EXIF). Other visitors to the website may download and extract any geolocation data from images on the site.

Contact forms

Identification details collected via the contact form on the SITE. When you contact us using the form on our SITE, you provide the following information: contact details (first and last names, email address and phone number) and details of your specific query or request.

The data collected via the contact form will be processed by POLISEMIA, S.L., for the purpose of handling and responding to your request, preparing the requested quote, or managing any other request you make via the form, which may entail contacting you and, if necessary, sending the form on to the department that can handle your request.

The legal basis for processing this data is the consent you give before sending the form, when you tick the privacy policy acceptance box included therein.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you do not have to re-enter these details when you post another comment. These cookies will expire after one year.

Am I obligated to provide personal data?

POLISEMIA, S.L., only asks for the information that is strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is collected; without this information, we cannot provide the requested service.

How long do we keep your data?

POLISEMIA, S.L., only processes personal data for as long as it is strictly necessary to fulfil the intended purpose. Once your personal data is no longer needed, POLISEMIA, S.L., will lock the information so that it cannot be used, except to examine and determine any legal responsibility derived from the processing of this data and/or our relationship with you.

What are the legal grounds for processing your data?

In compliance with Article 6.1 of the GDPR, the grounds for lawful processing of your data are as follows:

Who do we share your data with?

The data processed by POLISEMIA, S.L., may be shared with third parties when we are legally required to do so.

POLISEMIA, S.L., also has service providers with whom it must share certain data in different areas of business (administration, accounting, taxes, marketing, HR management, etc.). Our relationship with these companies is regulated by Article 28 of the GDPR. Any data to which these companies have access will only be used for necessary business purposes and will not be retained for any other purpose.

POLISEMIA, S.L. has implemented the security levels required under the aforementioned personal data protection laws and all other applicable regulations. These security levels are mandatory for all individuals or organisations that have access to our data by virtue of a contractual and/or service provision agreement, in compliance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

However, it takes no responsibility for any damage arising from potential alterations to your computer systems, electronic documents or files by third parties.
